- Publish or bring a Qualified Trial within 30 days of approval to keep the higher Sprint Rate.
- Your audience gets a 14-day trial and no implementation fee on Core and Growth. No discounts.

1About these terms
1.1 Parties. These terms are a contract between you, the partner, and 2WM sp. z o.o., trading as ZYNT, KRS 0001129526, NIP 8971943352, ul. św. Mikołaja 8/11 lok. 208, 50-125 Wrocław, Poland ("ZYNT"). If you join for a company, you confirm you may bind it.
1.2 Enclaverse. Enclaverse ApS, CVR 45870677, Mudillesvej 26, 2nd floor, 2605 Brøndby, Denmark ("Enclaverse"), runs the program as ZYNT's agency: recruiting, approval, support, tracking and reconciliation. It acts only for ZYNT, is not a party to these terms and owes you no payment. Payment claims go to ZYNT alone. Enclaverse may rely on this clause.
1.3 Acceptance. You accept these terms by ticking the box when you apply in the partner portal. The contract starts on the day you are approved (your "Approval Date").
1.4 Documents. The contract is these terms, their annexes and ZYNT's Partner Guidelines. On brand use and claims the Partner Guidelines prevail; on everything else these terms do.
2Definitions
- Business day: Monday to Friday, except public holidays in Poland.
- Content Piece: one item published on a public channel (newsletter issue, podcast episode, post, article, video, webinar, review page or similar) that promotes ZYNT with your tracked link. Reposts on the same channel count once.
- Qualified Trial: a trial signup at app.getzynt.com that meets all ten conditions in Annex 2 and is confirmed, or not rejected in time, under clause 6.
- Referred Client: a company credited to you under clause 5 that becomes a paying ZYNT client.
- Subscription Fees: the recurring plan fees a Referred Client pays, including upgrades, excluding one-off implementation fees, taxes, refunds and chargebacks.
- Trial Fee, Standard Rate, Sprint Rate: as set in Annex 1.
- Tracking platform: the software that runs the program, currently Rewardful, connected to ZYNT's Stripe account.
- Program team: the people running the program for ZYNT, including Enclaverse.
3Joining
3.1 Who can join. Businesses, and individuals aged 18 or over, based in the EU, the UK or the US; elsewhere case by case. Not ZYNT's staff or contractors, nor anyone on a sanctions list. One account per person or business; caps and rules apply across all accounts under the same control.
3.2 Approval. The program team reviews every application by hand and may refuse one without reasons.
3.3 ZYNT clients join in the company's name and are paid as a company, never through an employee.
3.4 No obligations either way. You need not publish anything and may promote other products. ZYNT may work with other partners and promises no earnings.
4What you earn
4.1 Trial Fee. You earn the Trial Fee for every Qualified Trial credited to you, within the caps in Annex 1.
4.2 Commission. You earn your rate on the Subscription Fees each Referred Client pays in the 12 months after its first paid invoice, on no more than 12 months' worth of fees in total. One company can earn you both a Trial Fee and commission.
4.3 The 30-day sprint. You start on the Sprint Rate. If, within 30 days of your Approval Date, you publish a first Content Piece, or bring a signup that later becomes a Qualified Trial, you keep the Sprint Rate for every Referred Client. Otherwise, clients signing up from day 31 earn the Standard Rate, with no other penalty. If a signup brought within the 30 days qualifies after that, you return to the Sprint Rate, including for clients in between. A piece sent for approval under clause 9.3 before day 30 counts if published within 2 business days of approval.
4.4 Fixed per client. Each Referred Client earns you the rate you had when it signed up, for its full 12 months.
4.5 Caps. Qualified Trials above your monthly cap earn commission only. If the program-wide monthly cap is reached, Trial Fees are paid in order of confirmation; the rest move to the next month, ahead of its new Trial Fees and outside your own cap for it. A Trial Fee still unpaid two months after its month of confirmation lapses; ZYNT will tell you, and commission on that client is unaffected.
4.6 One reward per company. Only one partner is credited per company, and program rewards do not combine with ZYNT's client referral offer or any other ZYNT reward for it.
4.7 No fee per piece. Publishing earns no fee as such; a paid placement needs a separate written agreement.
5Tracking and credit
5.1 Links. A company is credited to you if its signup carries your referral: your link, when it was the first partner link the visitor clicked and the signup follows within 90 days (first touch). Partner codes are not in use for now. If ZYNT introduces them, it tells you in writing first, and from then on your code entered at signup wins over any link.
5.2 Introductions. Register a company through the registration form before it signs up, and give it your link. A registration reserves the company against other registrations for 60 days. A signup in that time without any partner's link is credited to you.
5.3 Pre-clearance. Before an introduction you may ask ZYNT to pre-clear a company. ZYNT answers within 1 business day, and a yes protects that company's trial from rejection under conditions 4 to 8 of Annex 2 for 60 days.
5.4 Existing relationships. A company with which ZYNT had an open deal, logged sales activity or a client relationship in the 180 days before your first touch is not credited to you. ZYNT checks this within 2 business days of the signup and gives its reason in writing.
5.5 Records. ZYNT's Stripe account and the tracking platform decide credit and payment; ad dashboards do not. Tracking uses cookies and depends on the visitor's consent choices. Report a missed signup within 60 days, with evidence, and ZYNT will review it in good faith.
6Confirming Qualified Trials
6.1 When a trial's onboarding is completed (condition 10 of Annex 2), the program team submits it to ZYNT. ZYNT confirms or rejects it in writing within 2 business days, naming for any rejection the condition that is not met. A trial neither confirmed nor rejected in that time counts as a Qualified Trial.
6.2 You may ask for a second look at a rejection within 14 days, with your evidence.
6.3 The program team checks conditions 2 to 7 within 1 business day of the signup and tells you if one fails. A trial that fails any condition earns no Trial Fee. If the company is credited to you under clause 5 and becomes a paying client, you still earn commission under clause 4.2. A company that fails condition 8 or 9 is not credited to you (clauses 4.6 and 5.4).
7Payment
7.1 Trial Fees are paid by ZYNT once a month, by bank transfer or Wise, within 30 days after the end of the month in which the trial was confirmed (or the month it moved to under clause 4.5). They are not paid through the tracking platform.
7.2 Commissions are calculated by the tracking platform on paid Stripe invoices only, held for 30 days after the client pays, then paid in the next monthly payout through the tracking platform, by PayPal or Wise. On prepaid plans, commission is on the amount received and held for 60 days, or the refund period if longer. Balances below the minimum payout (Annex 1) roll over.
7.3 Reversals. Unpaid, refunded, disputed or charged-back invoices earn nothing. Commission already paid on them, and any reward paid on activity breaking these terms, may be deducted from later payouts or reclaimed within 30 days of ZYNT's request.
7.4 Currency. Rewards are paid in US dollars, at the tracking platform's conversion where a client pays in another currency. Receiving charges are yours.
7.5 Holds. If fraud or a breach of clause 10 is suspected, ZYNT may hold your rewards. It will tell you why, hear your side and decide within 60 days; rewards the review clears are then paid.
8Tax and status
8.1 All amounts exclude VAT. You are responsible for your own taxes, social contributions and registrations.
8.2 Before paying you, ZYNT may ask for an invoice, your tax or VAT number, a certificate of tax residence or other information it needs to pay you lawfully, and may hold the payment until it has them. The reward is not lost.
8.3 EU businesses outside Poland invoice without VAT, stating ZYNT's VAT number (PL8971943352) and that the reverse charge applies. VAT-registered businesses in Poland add Polish VAT. Businesses outside the EU charge no EU VAT.
8.4 Any tax ZYNT must withhold by law is deducted from the payment, with proof on request.
8.5 You act as an independent contractor, not as ZYNT's employee or agent, and have no authority to negotiate, promise or sign anything for ZYNT.
9Promoting ZYNT
9.1 Rules. Follow the Partner Guidelines (Annex 4) and the advertising, consumer, anti-spam and data protection law that applies to you and your audience.
9.2 Disclosure. Disclose your relationship with ZYNT on every Content Piece and in every introduction, as Annex 3 sets out.
9.3 Approval. Before publishing, send ZYNT (through the program team or the contact in the Partner Guidelines) anything using ZYNT's logo, visual identity or product screenshots, a customer name or a number, and any paid ad, press release or landing page about ZYNT. ZYNT aims to answer within 48 hours on business days. Starter kit materials used unchanged are pre-approved; a mention in words only, with no number or customer name, needs no approval.
9.4 Corrections. Correct or remove material on ZYNT's request within 2 business days.
10What is not allowed
10.1 You must not:
- (a) bid on ZYNT's brand terms ("ZYNT", "Zynt", "getzynt" and misspellings) in paid search, or use them in ads, display URLs, domains or social handles;
- (b) promote ZYNT on coupon, voucher, deal, cashback or incentive sites;
- (c) refer yourself, or a company that you or a member of your household own, control or are employed by, or create trials through email addresses or accounts you control;
- (d) create fake, incentivised, automated or bulk trials or registrations, or use cookie stuffing or hidden links;
- (e) approach a company you know is a ZYNT client or open deal to have it sign up through you;
- (f) make claims that are not on ZYNT's approved list, in particular that ZYNT scrapes private data, guarantees meetings or replaces a sales team;
- (g) offer your audience a discount, cash or any other benefit;
- (h) break anti-spam law, or present yourself as ZYNT or as speaking for it;
- (i) publish fake reviews, or present a paid or affiliate placement as an independent ranking.
10.2 Agencies and consultants may introduce a company they serve, provided they tell it in writing, before the introduction, that they may earn a reward from ZYNT. No one employed by the referred company may be rewarded for its signup.
10.3 Consequences. If you breach clause 10.1, ZYNT may end your participation immediately and you lose the rewards earned through the breach. For fraud, or a deliberate or repeated breach of points (a) to (e), you lose all unpaid rewards. A breach of point (c) also cancels all your Trial Fees for that calendar month.
10.4 Monitoring. The program team checks referral patterns weekly and reconciles the tracking platform with Stripe monthly.
11Perks and the offer to your audience
11.1 Your audience. Signups carrying your referral get a 14-day trial instead of ZYNT's standard trial, and Referred Clients on the Core and Growth plans pay no implementation fee. There is no discount on the subscription price.
11.2 You. You get a free ZYNT seat for 30 days from your Approval Date, on ZYNT's standard terms of use. A listing on ZYNT's partner page and features on its LinkedIn are at ZYNT's discretion.
11.3 Changes. ZYNT may change the audience offer and the perks on 14 days' notice, for later signups and partners. Partners approved before the change keep the fee waiver for their Referred Clients and their free seat.
12Brand and content
12.1 ZYNT gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, free licence to use its name, logos and starter kit only to promote ZYNT under these terms, while you are a partner. Licensed fonts are for ZYNT materials only. Goodwill belongs to ZYNT.
12.2 Your content stays yours. ZYNT may link to, share and quote your Content Pieces with credit, and show your name and logo on its partner page and own channels, while you are a partner; earlier posts may stay up. Paid use needs your written consent.
12.3 Your content must be your own or licensed, and infringe no one's rights.
13Confidentiality
Keep non-public information you get through the program (client names, pre-clearance answers, unreleased product details, program figures) confidential while you are a partner and for 2 years after, except what is public, already yours or required by law. You may always say that you are a ZYNT partner.
14Personal data
14.1 ZYNT is the controller of your program data (contact, company, tax and payout details, content links, and tracking data on clicks, referrals and rewards). It uses them to run the program and pay you (contract), for tax and accounting (legal obligation), and to prevent fraud and defend claims (legitimate interest).
14.2 Enclaverse and the tracking platform process your data for ZYNT; PayPal and Wise under their own terms. Transfers outside the European Economic Area rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Accountants and authorities receive data where the law requires.
14.3 Your data is kept while you are a partner and then as long as tax law and limitation periods require. To exercise your rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, write to gabriele.soprano@enclaverse.com. You may complain to the Polish data protection authority (UODO) or the authority where you live.
14.4 If Enclaverse contacted you before you applied, it acted as a separate controller under its own privacy notice.
14.5 Share a lead's personal data with ZYNT only if you have a lawful basis, after telling the person, and only business contact details. ZYNT then acts as controller of that data.
15Liability
15.1 Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss or lost profits.
15.2 ZYNT's total liability to you is limited to the rewards paid or payable to you in the 12 months before the claim. This limit never reduces rewards you have earned.
15.3 You will compensate ZYNT for third-party claims, fines and reasonable costs caused by your breach of clauses 9, 10, 12 or 14.
15.4 ZYNT is not liable for tracking failures or third-party outages, but corrects credits under clause 5.5.
15.5 Nothing limits liability for fraud, intentional harm or anything else the law does not allow to be limited.
16Ending your participation
16.1 You may leave at any time by email to ZYNT or by closing your account.
16.2 ZYNT may end your participation, or close the program, on 30 days' notice. It may end your participation immediately (a) under clause 10.3, (b) for another serious breach you do not fix within 5 business days of notice, or (c) for brand or conflict reasons, in which case clause 16.3 applies as if notice had been given.
16.3 Unless your participation ended under clause 16.2(a) or (b), you are still paid (a) the Trial Fee for trials signed up before the end date and confirmed after it, and (b) commission, for the rest of their 12 months, on Referred Clients who signed up before the end date and pay a first invoice within 90 days after it. After an end under clause 16.2(a) or (b), only trials confirmed and invoices paid before the end date count, less anything lost under clause 10.3.
16.4 After the end, stop presenting yourself as a ZYNT partner and, if ZYNT asks, remove its logo and starter kit materials within 14 days. Clauses 7, 8, 10.3, 12.2, 13, 14, 15, 16.3 and 18 continue to apply.
17Changes
17.1 ZYNT may change these terms, including Annex 1, on 14 days' notice by email and in the partner portal. A change to rewards applies to trials and Referred Clients that sign up after it takes effect; other changes apply from that date.
17.2 No change reduces a reward you have already earned or a rate fixed under clause 4.4.
17.3 Changes in your favour, or required by law, may apply sooner. ZYNT may update the Partner Guidelines at any time. If you do not accept a change, you may leave before it takes effect, and clause 16.3 applies.
17.4 ZYNT may change who runs the program, or the tracking or payout platform, on notice to you, without affecting your rewards.
18General
18.1 Whole agreement. These terms replace anything said before about the program, including outreach messages and the partner page.
18.2 Transfer. You need ZYNT's written consent to transfer these terms. ZYNT may transfer them to a company in its group or to a buyer of its business, on notice to you.
18.3 Notices are given by email: to you at the address in your partner account, to ZYNT at gabriele.soprano@enclaverse.com.
18.4 Events outside control. Neither party is liable for delay beyond its reasonable control, including outages at Stripe, the tracking platform or social platforms.
18.5 Severability. An invalid clause leaves the rest in force. Not enforcing a right does not waive it.
18.6 Language. English prevails over any translation, as far as the law allows.
18.7 Law and courts. Polish law governs these terms. The parties first try to settle a dispute by email within 30 days of written notice; then the courts competent for ZYNT's registered office in Wrocław decide. An individual acting outside their trade keeps the mandatory protection of the law of their country of residence and may also sue in their local courts.

Annex 2Qualified Trial rules
A trial signup at app.getzynt.com is a Qualified Trial only if all ten conditions hold.
How it reached ZYNT
- It came through you: your link within the 90-day window, your code entered at signup where codes are in use, or your registration under clause 5.2.
Who signed up
- Someone who sells or decides at the company: a founder, owner, CEO, managing director or other board member; a head of sales, VP sales, sales or commercial director; a business development or growth lead; a sales team lead, SDR or BDR lead, account executive or account manager. Not an intern, a student, or a person whose role has no link to sales or management.
- Work email on the company's own domain. No free-mail or disposable addresses.
The company
- Based in Europe: headquartered, or running an operating office, in a European country, including the United Kingdom and Switzerland, other than Russia and Belarus.
- B2B: the company sells to other businesses. Every sector is eligible.
- Size: 40 or more employees, as shown in the employee count on the company's LinkedIn page on the day of the signup. Where the company has no LinkedIn page, ZYNT decides on the evidence available.
- Sales team: at least two people in sales roles at the company on LinkedIn on the day of the signup (sales, business development, account executive or manager, SDR or BDR, head of sales). The person who signed up may be one of them.
- New to ZYNT: no open deal, logged sales activity or client relationship with ZYNT in the 180 days before your first touch.
- First time: the company has never had a Qualified Trial before, through any partner.
What happens in the trial
- Onboarding completed: the company has set up its default scenario in ZYNT within 14 days of the signup. ZYNT reports each referred company's onboarding status to the program team every week.
You can check conditions 4 to 8 before sending anyone, yourself or by pre-clearance under clause 5.3. Condition 1 is recorded by the tracking platform, conditions 2 to 7 are checked at signup, condition 10 from ZYNT's weekly onboarding report, and conditions 8 and 9 by ZYNT on confirmation. Caps apply per person or business behind a partner account, not per account.
Annex 3Disclosure wording by market
Every Content Piece and every introduction must say clearly that you are a ZYNT partner. Put the label at the start of the post, caption, newsletter section or spoken mention, not hidden among hashtags. Also use the platform's branded-content or paid-partnership tool where it has one.
| Audience | Label | Rules behind it |
|---|---|---|
| English-language content | "#ad" or "sponsored", plus "partner link" next to the link | FTC Endorsement Guides (US), UK CAP Code |
| Polish audiences | "#reklama" or "#współpraca reklamowa" | UOKiK influencer guidelines |
| Danish audiences | "reklame" | Markedsføringsloven |
| German-speaking audiences | "Anzeige" or "Werbung" | local advertising law |
| Other markets | the label local law requires | local advertising law |
- A plain sentence helps next to the label: "I am a ZYNT partner and may earn a commission." (PL: "Jestem partnerem ZYNT i mogę otrzymać prowizję.")
- Podcasts and video: say it out loud when you start talking about ZYNT. Emails and private messages: say it in the message.
Annex 4Brand and claims rules
The full rules are in ZYNT's Partner Guidelines, sent with the starter kit and updated by ZYNT. In short:
- Write the name as ZYNT and use only the official logo files, never altered or retyped.
- Use a number only if it is on ZYNT's approved claims list, with its attribution. Customer results are single, named cases, never averages.
- Never say "no implementation" or "first signals within days", and quote prices only as shown on ZYNT's live pricing page.
- Link to press articles about ZYNT; do not copy them. Co-branded logos sit side by side, never merged.
- Material drafted with AI follows the same rules.
