Growth Marketing Coordinator (B2B SaaS)
The Role
ZYNT helps B2B sales and marketing teams spot the right buying signals at the right time and turn them into sales conversations.
We're a post pre-seed startup. Our 2026 priority is to structure marketing, grow sales in Poland, and then expand our growth engine into international markets.
We're hiring a Growth Marketing Coordinator for a newly created Founding Team role.
Why This Role Exists
Our marketing is currently mostly organic and not yet structured. We are looking for someone who will:
- Take real responsibility for growth, lead generation, and sales growth at ZYNT
- Structure B2B marketing in an early-stage environment
- Strengthen brand awareness among potential customers and investors
This role is for you if you like hands-on work, can independently deliver outcomes, and want direct influence on company growth.
You'll be one of the first people hired at ZYNT, work closely with the CEO, and operate with high autonomy. We move fast, make decisions quickly, and keep communication direct.
This is a strategic and operational role: roughly 50% planning and 50% execution.
What You'll Do
- Own lead generation and scale performance and growth marketing from plan to result
- Build and run the MQL to SQL funnel: definitions, channels, metrics, working rhythm, and routing to sales
- Choose marketing tools and build the basic marketing stack
- Work cross-functionally with the CEO and CPTO so marketing stays aligned with product and sales
- Manage priorities in a dynamic early-stage environment
- Coordinate contractors and agencies across design, performance marketing, content, and PR
- Coordinate PR activities: materials, publications, and interviews
- Organize ZYNT's presence at industry events: talks, panels, sponsorships
- Use LinkedIn as a key B2B channel for demand generation and content distribution
Success Metrics
First 30 days:
- Take ownership of marketing priorities and activities
- Coordinate PR activities
First 90 days:
- Launch a scalable lead acquisition system with metrics and reporting
- Define the marketing, product, and sales collaboration rhythm
- Implement the basic marketing stack
First 180 days:
- Marketing starts directly supporting revenue through a repeatable lead generation system
Who You Are
Must have:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a technology company or SaaS product
- Solid experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or lead generation
- Previous ownership of measurable marketing outcomes
- Understanding of how marketing translates into pipeline and revenue
- Ability to work with numbers: leads, MQL/SQL, conversions, CAC
- Experience building and running MQL to SQL funnels
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate contractors
- Experience working with agencies
- Experience organizing presence at industry events
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools: lead scoring, nurturing, segmentation
- Data fluency in GA4 and Excel or Google Sheets
- Practical understanding of LinkedIn as a B2B channel
- Polish: C2
- English: C1
Nice to have:
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

- Compensation: 10-14k PLN net/month (B2B)
- Bonus: Semi-annual bonus for achieved goals
- Equity: Possible ESOP in the future
- Location: 100% remote, with ideal setup of 1 office day per month in Warsaw
