The Role

ZYNT is a sales intelligence tool for B2B teams.

We help sales and marketing teams spot buying signals at the right moment and turn them into sales conversations.

We're a startup after an investment round. In 2026, we're focused on growing sales in Poland and then expanding into international markets. We have a product, customers, and a focused team.

Now we're looking for someone who will take real responsibility for closing sales.

We're hiring an Account Executive to work directly with the Founding Team.

Why This Role Exists

We have pipeline, a working product, and growing market interest. We are looking for someone who:

  • Takes real responsibility for the full sales process, from first contact to signed agreement
  • Can operate independently without ready-made scripts
  • Has the internal drive to close sales processes

This role is for you if:

  • You can build pipeline and close deals independently
  • You understand sales as a process, not a series of phone calls

What You'll Own

You'll work with the CEO and report directly to him.

You'll also collaborate with the existing sales team, including SDR support.

This is an operational role with full ownership of the process: from prospecting to closing.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full 360 sales process: prospecting, qualification, demo, negotiation, and closing
  • Build and actively manage your own B2B pipeline
  • Identify and qualify prospects matching ZYNT's ICP in Poland and selected international markets
  • Run discovery calls and product demos with decision-makers: Sales Directors, VP Sales, and company owners
  • Negotiate and close contracts
  • Work closely with the CEO and marketing team on market signals and pipeline development
  • Report results, conversion rates, and forecasts to the CEO regularly
  • Build customer relationships during the sales process and hand over successfully to Customer Success

Success Metrics

First 30 days:

  • Complete onboarding into the product, ICP, and current pipeline
  • Take ownership of active sales opportunities

First 90 days:

  • Independently run the full sales cycle from first contact to closing
  • Close first deals
  • Establish a repeatable, measurable rhythm for prospecting, demos, and closing

First 180 days:

  • Consistently deliver against target
  • Build and actively manage pipeline for the next quarter

Who You Are

Must have:

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B IT sales experience, ideally in a technology company or SaaS product
  • Documented experience running a full 360 sales process as the owner of the whole cycle, from outreach to signed contract
  • Proven results in closing deals, with concrete numbers rather than general sales experience
  • Understanding of pipeline management, MQL vs SQL, and why timing matters in B2B sales
  • Ability to run conversations with decision-makers: Sales Directors, VP Sales, and company owners
  • English: B2/C1, comfortable running sales calls and written communication with international customers

Nice to have:

  • Experience selling tools for sales or marketing teams: Sales Tech, RevTech, or MarTech
  • Familiarity with the startup environment
  • Experience selling in international markets: EU, US, or UK

  • Office rhythm: We meet in the office about once a month, with the option to meet more often if useful
