Who it's for
Mid-market. Public sector. Enterprise. Each one runs on a different set of public buying signals. Most of which your team isn't reading. Pick yours.
ZYNT is the Q to your Bond. We give your reps the information the room doesn't have yet.
The money is public. The signals are public. Most vendors react when the tender drops. The vendor who won was in the room three months earlier.
Market math
Every public contract has a paper trail going back 6 to 18 months before the award notice.
Industry days. Sources Sought. Pre-market engagement. Pipeline Notices. Prior Information Notices.
Vendors who show up in those rooms shape the spec. Vendors who do not bid on terms someone else wrote.
Signals
Mandated by FAR Part 5 before solicitation. Typical lead time to award: 90 to 270 days. The vendors named in the eventual RFP are usually the ones who responded here.
Every federal contract ends. Most recompete. The cliff is visible five years out. The draft solicitation drops 6 to 9 months before. You know first.
The Procurement Act 2023 went live on 24 February 2025. Contracting authorities expecting more than GBP100M in relevant annual spend must publish a Pipeline Notice for each procurement worth over GBP2M. The first wave was due 26 May 2025. From 1 January 2026, threshold amounts dropped further, pulling more contracts into scope. Most competitive intelligence tools have not indexed this layer yet.
Eight hundred thousand notices a year across the EU, machine-readable since 2023. PINs precede tender notices by 45 days to 12 months.
When an audit lands with negative findings, agencies have 60 days to respond and roughly three-quarters of recommendations result in action. The remediation procurement follows in 9 to 18 months.
Texas SmartBuy. Cal eProcure. NYC PASSPort. Sourcewell. OMNIA. Two trillion dollars a year of US state and local spend, fragmented across portals nobody monitors at scale.
Why this exists
A sales team cannot read a thousand procurement portals every morning. We can. We surface only the opportunities that match your ICP and your delivery capability.
On sources: Public sector has more public datasets than any other motion. Some run in our pipeline today. The rest, including the agency-specific portals where your buyers actually live, get wired during onboarding. Tell us your top 20 contracting offices. We will map them.
Signal preview
That is one alert. For an EHR or systems-integration vendor, this is the difference between bidding blind and shaping the spec.
Comparison
GovWin and Bloomberg Government are databases. ZYNT is a forward-looking signal layer that complements them. Use both if you have the budget.
