Who it's for

Three motions. Three signal sets. One platform reading them all.

Mid-market. Public sector. Enterprise. Each one runs on a different set of public buying signals. Most of which your team isn't reading. Pick yours.

ZYNT is the Q to your Bond. We give your reps the information the room doesn't have yet.

You sell into 1,000-FTE-plus organizations.

Six to eighteen-month cycles. Buying committees of ten to twenty-two. Most of them only approve mission-critical purchases. Generic pitches do not survive contact with these rooms.

Market math

The room your pitch has to walk into

Twenty-two stakeholders. Each with their own slide in next quarter's review. Each with their own anxiety.

The rep who opens with a generic value prop reaches one or two of them. The rep who opens with a specific line from their 10-K, a specific phrase from their last earnings call, or a specific regulation they are scrambling to comply with reaches all of them.

That information is public. Nobody on your team has 200 pages of 10-K to read per account. We do.

Signals

What we read for you

  1. 01

Year-over-year shifts in 10-K Item 1A Risk Factors.

A risk that ranked ninth last year and ranks first this year. New language about AI, cybersecurity, supply-chain concentration. Budget just opened.

  2. 02

    Specific phrases in earnings calls.

Not "growth." Not "investment." We track "operational efficiency," "vendor consolidation," "technical debt," "platform rationalization," "data fragmentation." Each one opens a budget line, two quarters out.

  3. 03

DEF 14A proxy statements: executive comp goal changes.

When a new KPI lands in the CFO's bonus structure, the operating model investment follows in four to eight months.

  4. 04

    SEC 8-K materiality triggers.

Departure of a CEO, CFO, or CRO. Material cybersecurity incidents (mandatory disclosure under SEC rules since December 2023). M&A announcements. Each one opens or closes specific buying windows in days, not months.

  5. 05

    New C-suite functions.

Chief AI Officer. Chief Data Officer. Chief Transformation Officer. Head of FinOps. Head of Platform Engineering. Christian & Timbers' 2025 study reported a 70% year-over-year rise in CAIO appointments and noted that nearly half of FTSE 100 companies now have one. Each new C-suite role buys 3 to 7 tools in their first 90 days.

  6. 06

EU regulatory triggers: NIS2, DORA, CSRD, AI Act.

DORA went live on 17 January 2025 with penalties up to 2% of worldwide turnover. NIS2 transposition is in progress across all 27 member states, with fines of EUR10M or 2% of global turnover. CSRD's first wave of reports landed in 2025 for FY2024 disclosures. The AI Act's general-purpose AI obligations took effect on 2 August 2025. Every mid-and-large company in 18 critical sectors has a compliance budget running 12 to 18 months. Most do not have the tools yet.

  7. 07

RFIs published on Coupa, Ariba, and SAP Business Network.

Five-and-a-half trillion dollars of commerce flowed through Ariba alone in 2024. RFIs are public. Approved Supplier List changes are public. Vendor displacement windows are public.

Why this exists

Why this exists

Your team has time for five accounts a day. We read the 10-Ks, the earnings transcripts, the proxies, the 8-Ks, the procurement portals and the regulatory filings for two hundred. We surface only what genuinely opened the budget. With the exact line to quote in your first conversation.

On sources: Public-company filings, earnings transcripts, and major regulatory frameworks run in our pipeline today. Account-specific procurement portals (Coupa instances, Ariba networks, supplier portals you sell into) get wired during onboarding. The depth scales with the engagement.

Signal preview

What an alert looks like

Trigger
Acme Bank (NYSE: ACME, ~12,000 employees) released their 10-K on April 18, 2026.
Why now
"Vendor concentration risk" moved from Item 1A position #11 last year to position #4 this year. The Q1 earnings call mentioned "platform rationalization" three times. The CFO's new comp plan, disclosed in the DEF 14A filed two weeks earlier, adds a "vendor cost reduction" KPI worth 15% of bonus.
Recommended action
Open with the platform-rationalization phrase from page 47 of the 10-K. The exact line is: [pulled and quoted]. Map your offering to vendor consolidation, not feature parity.

That is one alert. The exact filing, the exact page, the exact phrase. Your AE is the only one in the room who read it.

Intent data tools tell you a company has been researching topics anonymously. We tell you what changed inside that company, with the document and the line that proves it. Different layer, often complementary.

Who this isn't for

ZYNT is the wrong tool for you if:

  • Teams selling into procurement-driven commodity buys (the signal does not change the outcome)
  • Vendors with no public-company customer references (we will be expensive for what you can prove)
  • Anyone expecting org-chart enrichment (we surface the trigger and the role; pair us with your people-data tool)
