Senior Product Designer (UX/UI)
The Problem
ZYNT is a sales intelligence platform for B2B teams. We process thousands of sources and surface buying signals – so sales teams know when to reach out and why.
Our customers are VP Sales, Heads of RevOps, and CEOs – from ERP to legal tech to clean energy. They make decisions based on what we show them. Right now, the interface is functional. It should be effortless.
The design challenge: ~10 core screens, all data-heavy. Multiple customer verticals with different workflows. Users need to find what matters fast – the job is simplifying, not adding.
What You'll Own
You own the entire product design – how it looks, how it works, how it feels.
In your first month:
- Learn the product and customers with the founding team
- Audit current IA and visual design
- First concepts for the highest-impact screens
In your first quarter:
- Redesign core product screens (dashboard, signal feed, entity views, onboarding)
- Start building a production-ready design system in Figma – tokens, components, variants
- Establish visual language – typography, icons, data viz, interaction patterns
Where we're heading: ZYNT should be the product sales leaders show to their peers. You'll define what that looks like.
The Stack
- Design: Figma (components, auto-layout, design tokens, variants)
- Implementation: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui (Radix)
- Collaboration: Notion, Slack, Loom
- You don't need to code – the founding team implements. But knowing how component libraries and utility CSS work helps.
Who You Are
Must have:
- 5+ years product design experience – shipping real products, not just concepts
- Portfolio with B2B SaaS products – dashboards, complex data interfaces, information-dense UIs
- Systems thinking – you design components and tokens, not just screens
- Advanced Figma – auto-layout, variants, design tokens, production-ready files
- Information architecture skills – you can structure navigation and flows for complex products
- Experience working directly with founders or engineers, without a PM layer
- Fluent English (working language) – Polish is a plus
The attitude:
- Your first question is "What does the user need?" not "What color should this be?"
- You push back when something doesn't make sense for the user
- You ship, iterate, improve – not gold-plate for months
- You think in systems, not individual screens
Nice to have:
- React/Tailwind understanding – you know what's easy and hard to implement
- AI/ML product experience – prompt UX, streaming interfaces, displaying AI output
- Startup or 0→1 background
- Data visualization experience
Not for you if:
- Your portfolio is landing pages and marketing sites without product work
- You can't explain why you made a design decision
- You need detailed briefs before you start exploring
